I established my professional reputation as a sales guru by training over 10,000 salespeople in Europe and the US. I started Selling Power magazine in 1982 and turned it into the world's leading sales management magazine. My mission is to contribute to the success of sales leaders with, a sales content platform and online magazine that's visited by over 100,000 sales leaders every month. 

Ten years ago I created the Sales 2.0 Conference (now Sales 3.0) to help sales managers align and improve people, process and technology. The outcome of our conferences (held in Philadelphia, Boston, San Francisco and Las Vegas) is to achieve operational efficiency and help salespeople grow and succeed.  (

In 2016 I created the Peak Performance Mindset workshop. The objective is to help salespeople become aware of their Mindset operating system and transform their self-limiting beliefs into self-empowering beliefs. The workshop is delivered through 50 certified trainers that can help salespeople achieve their full potential, exceed quota and achieve peak performance personally and professionally. (

I am the author of 16 books on Selling, Sales Management and Sales Psychology and 2 books on photography. (
