People would describe me as being passionate about my team, almost obsessively organized and efficient, and a resource they can come to for anything.
For the past several years I have helped the companies I work for by directly supporting their bottom line in sales. As my own personal side projects, I have built onboarding and training programs to support my teams as they have scaled.
I have achieved great success in sales to date but I’m looking to transition into focusing on what gets me up in the morning. When I break concepts down for trainings that I run for my team or use my knowledge to help them in deal review, they pay attention and they absorb knowledge and I can literally see learning happen—thats what I want to do every day.
