SES BODs Welcome Bill Ball to the Team and Walter Pollard to the BOA

The Sales Enablement Society (SES) appointed Bill Ball, DISYS Director for Learning Development to its Executive Board (EB), filling a vacancy left by Walter Pollard, President and Founder of Brand Fuzion, who moved to the SES Board of Advisors (BOA). Walter, through his leadership on the BOA, will continue to contribute his expertise to increasing member value and content development.
Bill currently leads Learning and Development at DISYS, a global staffing, IT consulting and managed services firm. His core focus is working cross-functionally to enable the productivity of sales, recruiting, and leaders. In past roles, Bill has sold inside, outside, trained, coached and managed salespeople, leaders, as well as developed a corporate recruiting function. These experiences have provided him considerable empathy to not only impact his audiences, but the end customer.
Bill joined the Sales Enablement Society shortly after its inception, became a founding member at the first national meeting in Palm Beach, FL, and continues to serve as an active member in the Washington, DC chapter. Prior to joining the Executive Board, Bill served on the SES Board of Advisors and has contributed to member engagement, the definition project and all SES conferences. As a practitioner, Bill is committed to SES's mission to elevate and drive a path forward for enablement, as well as the experience of its members.
The SES BODs welcome Bill to the team and Walter to the BOA. The Board sincerely appreciates Walter’s enormous contributions over the years and her hard work establishing the building blocks for SES Chapters and growth. We look forward to his continued participation and influence on the SES Board of Advisors.
