Enabling Scalable Growth

How do you build world-class sales & marketing organisations that go beyond great ideas and are executed in real life? What do you encounter when doing that from a scale-up company or being part of a large corporation? What are the learnings on what works and could have been done differently? That’s what we’ll cover in our upcoming Sales Enablement Society meeting with the Netherlands Chapter.

Speakers

Ruben Mink is Chief Sales Officer at Sana Commerce. Sana is aiming to build a world-class sales & marketing organisation and has already achieved a lot. It includes setting up the Sana Value Process, assessing and training the salesforce, enabling with an extensive tech stack, and more. At the same time, there are a lot of ambitions and concrete objectives to pursue. Even though still being a scale-up, Sana also comes across 'corporate like challenges', such as alignment between marketing and sales. Ruben will share their journey so far, learnings from it, and next steps.

Michiel de Jong is Go-to-Market Strategy Lead at Wolters Kluwer. The publishing market has been around for ages, with Wolters Kluwer being a longstanding player. However, to save the company from the disruption death march, innovation has to happen faster and better. Michiel will share the journey of 'Walter', a successful corporate startup which is helping Wolters Kluwer to transform their market as well as their organisation. Michiel will focus on how to enable the (sales) organisation to bring the new proposition across and how to best facilitate that. It's turning to be a best practice to be scaled across Wolters Kluwer globally.
