The Sales Enablement Society (SES) appointed Heather Cole, Forrester Group/Sirius Decisions’ Service Director for Sales Enablement Strategies to its Executive Board (EB), filling a vacancy left by Tonya Schultz, Vice President of Elavon, who moved to the SES Board of Advisors (BOA). Tonya, through her leadership on the BOA, will continue to contribute her expertise to ongoing member-led initiatives.
Heather currently leads the research and advisory service at Forrester/SiriusDecisions, which focuses on understanding, executing, and elevating the practice of enablement. This role puts Heather in a unique position to interact with hundreds of enablement professionals across diverse environments, identifying enablement strategies that lead to successful outcomes. Heather draws from an in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of enablement, spending 25+ years in sales roles, leading customer-facing teams for large and small SAAS, manufacturing, and service companies.
Heather is a founding member of SES and was a BOA member before joining the EB. As an EB member, she will play a significant role in executing the Society’s strategic plan centered around membership value and growth in the organization.
The SES BODs welcome Heather to the team and Tonya to the BOA. The Board sincerely appreciates Tonya’s enormous contributions over the years and her hard work establishing the building blocks for SES Chapters and growth. We look forward to her continued participation and influence on the SES Board of Advisors.
The SES EB is committed to creating and driving a world-class experience for our members through compelling and insightful chapter programs, an extraordinary SES Annual Conference experience, and the creation of unique value-led member programs and content. The SES continues its commitment to providing valuable information and opportunities for its members with one mission at the forefront-- to define further and elevate the role of Sales Enablement.
